History

Pfingsten Partners, LLC was formed in 1989 as an operationally oriented private equity firm which invests in middle market manufacturing, distribution and business service companies.

Since completing our first investment in 1991, we have been building value in partnership with management through operational improvements, professional management practices, global capabilities and profitable business growth rather than financial engineering. Simply put, we build better businesses.

In our 19 year history, Pfingsten Partners has acquired 62 companies through three funds. We have over $1.2 billion of capital under management and are currently seeking new platform investments for our $285 million Fund III and $525 million Fund IV.
